Anne Morris

Anne Morris began her real estate career in 2007, after accumulating over 16 years experience in public relations and marketing, primarily in the fields of health care and senior housing.  She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia College and State University at the age of nineteen.  Later, she earned an MBA degree in Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

A native Georgian, Anne currently resides in Decatur where she is involved in a variety of community organizations and causes.  She is a member of the Dekalb Medical Auxiliary, serving on their Board of Directors as Treasurer for three years.  In 2013, she was appointed by the Decatur City Commission to the Lifelong Community Advisory Board and served as Chair of that Board for two years.  She’s also a member of Decatur’s Citizens Assisting Public Safety (CAPS).  Because of Anne’s civic achievements and involvement, she was honored with Decatur’s Hometown Hero award in 2015.

Anne is a member of the Dekalb Association of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Anne has built a reputation based on professionalism, quality, and integrity.  Buyers and sellers have many choices when it comes to selecting a Realtor, so she takes time upfront to understand her clients’ priorities.  She recognizes the importance of in depth research on each client’s neighborhood market to best advice buyers or guide sellers on how to maximize sales price.  She is persistent in negotiating on behalf of her clients—saving money on purchases and maximizing returns when selling.  And, because every transaction has hundreds of communications with multiple people throughout the purchase or sale process, Anne’s exceptional organizational and communications skills saves everyone involved time and/or money.
